Ibis Al Barsha Hotel Dubai

We partied at a sick nightclub in Dubai and went on an ace tour to Abu Dhabi. The free airport shuttle made our trip super easy, and the daily manager's reception was a vibe.

We wished for a better entertainment area for young party-goers.

The room service was exceptional, and the staff was attentive to my needs during my stay. I felt like a member of a royal family, with the care and attention to detail given by the team. The service was no less than having my own personal butler!

Room size could improve.

Plus, the hotel provides a shuttle service, making it even more convenient. The staff here are exceptional - from the friendly receptionist Esther who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, to the security guard who helped me with my luggage upon checking out. They truly provide top-notch service.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to access specific areas in the city. The rooms are clean with helpful security staff. The drinks and customer service are exceptional, with the staff accommodating late arrivals with no rush.

The breakfast options are poor with no combination in dishes. The coffee is very bad and the bathroom gel is often empty, even after requesting.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the shopping center and popular restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from and the bread was fresh and delicious.

The room was not clean and there was a foul smell that lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom was small and not well maintained.

I keep coming back for the fantastic service and comfy rooms. The staff even helped me find great shopping spots. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, fitness center, spa. Coming back for Christmas!

The location was ideal, with the Mall of Emirates and the Miracle Garden just a stone's throw away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary daily manager's reception was a lovely addition, and the roundtrip airport shuttle service made our travels hassle-free.

My wife says that the hotel could offer more kids' activities to keep the little ones entertained during our stay.

The location is fantastic, situated in a very small area with a lot to offer, including being within walking distance to one of the largest shopping malls. The basic amenities are satisfactory and the rooms, although with some minor drawbacks like a small bathroom and a double bed made out of 2 single beds, are cleaned everyday. The breakfast, although with limited options, includes some Indian vegetarian dishes which are served.

The hotel team, including the reception, security, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, were all professional and did a fantastic job. The check-in process was fast, and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel offered free covered parking, which was very convenient for us as we had rented a car. Despite it being a busy season, the check-in and check-out process was quick. a good budget hotel choice in Dubai.
