I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at this hotel. the staff, especially the restaurant staff, were friendly and helpful. the room was well-designed and comfortable, exceeding my expectations compared to my previous stays in Dubai. the location was convenient, not too far from the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. the minimalistic decor in the rooms added a touch of elegance, and the breakfast options were decent with some Indian vegetarian choices available.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the lighting in the room was inadequate, creating a somewhat gloomy ambiance.

The overall service and cleanliness at the hotel were impressive. the room temperature was comfortable, and the staff, especially Mr Raymond, provided commendable service. It would be great if the breakfast buffet selection could be improved for an even better experience.

Rooms were comfy and quiet, staff was super friendly and attentive, and brekkie had a fab selection of food and drinks. Loved chilling in the garden area and playing pool in the lobby to unwind after a day out. Only downside was the reception could get a bit busy with only two staff on duty at times, but they still managed to handle everything efficiently. A solid 4-night stay! 🌴

We partied at a sick nightclub in Dubai and went on an ace tour to Abu Dhabi. The free airport shuttle made our trip super easy, and the daily manager's reception was a vibe.

The location was ideal, with the Mall of Emirates and the Miracle Garden just a stone's throw away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, although with limited options, includes some Indian vegetarian dishes which are served.

The hotel team, including the reception, security, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, were all professional and did a fantastic job. The check-in process was fast, and the room was clean and tidy. We had a great stay at Ibis. the hotel is conveniently located, just 10 minutes away from all the attractions we wanted to visit, like the Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, and Burj Khalifa. the staff was friendly and efficient, especially Nancy from housekeeping who made sure we had everything we needed. the front desk staff were also quick and helpful. the hotel offered free covered parking, which was very convenient for us as we had rented a car. Despite it being a busy season, the check-in and check-out process was quick. a good budget hotel choice in Dubai.
